San Miguel Endocrine is named after the San Miguel Island, which is located in the California Channel Islands. This island remains an anachronism, unspoiled in its pristine beauty and wildlife. San Miguel Island is still relatively undisturbed by modern man and has been an inspiration for most who have been there.
